Changing keyboard fixes nothing. Same problem persists in virtual on-screen keyboard too. I'm too lazy to format my PC. Hi, Stephen!

As per title, my ctrl and alt keys stopped working completely. As far as I can tell it happened completely randomly unless I somehow accidentally hit a key-combo/shortcut while playing that rendered them useless. I can't copy, I can't cut, I can't paste, I can't alt-tab, I can't ctrl+alt+del, I can't write "@" without copy+pasting it with my mouse. It's incredibly annoying and none of the supposed solutions I found via google helped. I tried restarting, shutting down completely, unplugging the keyboard and plugging it back in, reinstalling drivers, uninstalling any new software, language options, sticky keys... pretty much everything that I found was a suggested fix and nothing worked. pls halp
